Chiropractic Care
Stress affects our bodies emotionally, physically and chemically. Many times, those stresses manifest themselves in our muscles, which then pull on our spine to tilt, twist and impact everything from our movement to our nervous system.
More Than Pain Relief
Chiropractic adjustments help to reverse the strain on your posture and movement, restoring proper nerve function. Optimal central nervous function then improves our performance. The more fluid your body is, the better movement, sleep and focus you can experience on a day-to-day basis.
Dr. Nate begins each appointment getting to understand the specific needs of the patient. From providing a posture assessment to finding out their daily stresses, we can go beyond those factors to find a way to bring both performance and function back to the body. In turn, individuals can better manage the symptoms of pain they’ve been experiencing.
The Rule of 48
If you’ve never had a chiropractic adjustment before, it’s important to note that it can take up to a couple of days (48 hours) for the body to work itself out of an inflamed state. A chiropractic adjustment is not an instant fix, but rather one that facilitates a state where the body can heal in an optimized manner. Most people experience the biggest improvement within a day or two following their appointment.
